Mac 100 Single Head Tube Filling Machine

The Mac 100 handles laminated tubes, plastic tubes, and aluminium tubes depending on the closing configuration selected. The Hot Air (HA) configuration seals laminated and plastic tubes. The Metal (AL) configuration handles aluminium fold-and-crimp tubes. The Combination model supports both tube materials on one machine.

The Mac 100 achieves up to 100 tubes per minute in the Hot Air configuration and up to 60 tubes per minute in the Aluminium Fold & Crimp configuration. Actual output depends on tube format, product viscosity, and changeover optimisation.

The servo pump on the Mac 100 handles fill volumes from 2 ml up to 300 ml. The same servo pump configuration accurately dispenses both low-viscosity fluids and high-viscosity stiff pastes such as ointments, gels, and pharmaceutical creams without product waste.

Yes. The Mac 100 is designed for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and personal care production environments. Contact surfaces are 316L stainless steel. The machine supports clean-in-place (CIP) procedures and includes a servo dosing pump for validated, repeatable fill accuracy — a key requirement for regulated pharma lines.

The Mac 100 is designed for tool-free changeovers. Format parts (tube holders, closing dies) are quick-release and labelled for each SKU. A typical tube diameter changeover takes 15–30 minutes. Our application team pre-configures format sets to your specific tube portfolio before delivery.

The Mac 100 fills a wide range of products: pharmaceutical creams and ointments, cosmetic gels, sunscreen, hand cream, eye cream, antiseptic cream, shaving gel, hair dye, tooth gel, wound healing gel, foot care cream, and industrial pastes. The servo pump handles viscosities from water-thin liquids to stiff pastes and stringy products without product cavitation.

Hot air sealing uses controlled heat to bond the open end of laminated or plastic tubes, creating a hermetic seal. It supports decorative trim patterns, embossed seals, and punch holes for hang-sell display. Fold & crimp closing mechanically folds and crimps the end of aluminium tubes — typical for pharmaceutical ointments and metal-tube cosmetics. The Combination configuration supports both methods on one machine.

The Mac 100 is engineered and manufactured at Pacmac's 100,000 sq ft facility in Vapi, Gujarat, India. Pacmac has 800+ installations across 30+ countries since 2007. Global support is provided through factory-trained service teams and spare parts availability. FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) is conducted at the Vapi plant before shipment.
