The Mac 200 handles laminated tubes, plastic tubes, and aluminium tubes depending on the closing configuration. The Hot Air (HA) configuration seals laminated and plastic tubes up to 50 mm diameter. The Metal (AL) configuration handles aluminium fold-and-crimp tubes up to 40 mm diameter. The Combination model supports both tube materials on one machine for flexible production planning.

The Mac 200 has two filling heads compared to the single head of the Mac 100, delivering up to 150 tubes per minute versus 75–100. Both share the same servo-driven dosing, timing belt transport, and tool-free changeover architecture. The Mac 200 is the right choice when output demand has outgrown a single-head platform without wanting to double the machine footprint.

The dual servo pumps on the Mac 200 handle fill volumes from 2 ml up to 300 ml. Each head has an independently calibrated servo pump, so both heads dispense the same validated fill weight simultaneously. This works equally well for low-viscosity fluids and high-viscosity stiff pastes such as ointments, toothpaste, and pharmaceutical creams without product waste between cycles.
